The Medusa small animal EEG & EMG recording system was used. We have developed an experimental method to collect EEG signals from young mice. The EEG of freely active mice after P12 can be collected, and the electrodes can be fixed on the head of the mouse for a long time and fed by the mother mouse. Take it out for EEG recording when you need it for testing and testing. The analysis method of EEG is mainly based on power spectrum. The laboratory equipment has a high throughput and can collect up to 24 animals at the same time.
It is suitable for a variety of studies involving juvenile mouse models, such as epilepsy, stroke, and neurologically related genetic diseases.
